We wanted to put the focus back on Oceanside and its locals. Born and raised in Oceanside, I'm bringing back some of its history — memories of Hill Street as a kid.
We want nothing but the best possible quality in all we do, and to do so at a price point that allows all members of our community to enjoy it, even if it comes to a little higher expense to us, that's the promise of value that we pride ourselves on. Our goal was to create a space that all can enjoy and would be suitable to celebrate any occasion.

Born and raised in Oceanside, I wanted to bring back some of its history — memories of Hill Street as a kid. After opening and developing more than 30 locations, I knew it was time to focus back on Oceanside and its locals.
The building had a reputation to overcome. Changing the perception of the building was our biggest challenge, but we saw potential where others saw problems.
The neon pink. That was the defining decision that still defines the place. We accomplished a complete remodel in just 6 weeks, creating the vibrant space you see today.
Our philosophy is simple: Dream Big. We want guests to feel at home and know they are about to have fun. Our goal is to become as big a part of our community as we possibly can.
Hill Street Brewing Company opens its doors, bringing craft beer, authentic BBQ, and a family-friendly atmosphere to South Oceanside.
