These terms of service govern your use of Hill Street Brewing's services, including dining, reservations, and website usage. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hill Street Brewing's services, including our restaurant, website, and making reservations, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Restaurant Services

Dining Services

Our restaurant provides food and beverage services to customers during posted business hours. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to modify our menu, prices, and operating hours at our discretion.

Reservations

Reservations are accepted for parties of 4 or more. We require 24-hour advance notice for parties of 8 or more. All reservations are subject to table availability and time limits.

  • Parties must arrive within 15 minutes of their reservation time
  • Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past reservation time
  • Large parties may be subject to automatic gratuity policies
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance

Private Events and Catering

Private events and catering services require separate contracts and deposits. Event policies, cancellation terms, and payment schedules will be outlined in individual event agreements.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash and major credit cards. Gratuity is appreciated but not required, except for parties of 6 or more where an 18% service charge may be automatically added.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for food and beverage purchases only. Gift cards do not expire and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Website and Online Services

Acceptable Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company or any employee
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the website

Intellectual Property

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Hill Street Brewing and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Customers with severe allergies dine at their own risk. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consuming our food or beverages.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hill Street Brewing, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hill Street Brewing from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of CA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oceanside, CA.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
